Terms of Service

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an Entrevly account or purchase Interview Credits. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. The Entrevly service
Entrevly provides interview-preparation tools, practice interviews, assessments, feedback, training recommendations and related features. Entrevly is not an employer, staffing agency, recruiter, job board or representative of any employer unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
3. No employment guarantee
Use of Entrevly does not constitute an offer of employment and does not guarantee an interview, job offer, hiring decision, promotion, salary level or other professional outcome. Scores, feedback and recommendations are preparation aids only. Employers make their own independent hiring decisions.
4. Artificial intelligence
Some Entrevly features use third-party artificial-intelligence providers to generate questions, analyze answers, evaluate performance or produce recommendations. Information you submit for those features, which may include answers, job descriptions, resumes and related context, may be transmitted to such providers as necessary to provide the service. Entrevly does not use your resumes, job descriptions, interview answers or other User Content to train third-party AI models. AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for a particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing and validating it before relying on it.
5. Your account and submitted content
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for information submitted through it. You may submit only content that you have the right to use and disclose. Do not upload confidential, proprietary or personal information belonging to another person or organization unless you are authorized to do so.
6. Payments and payment providers
Paid transactions are processed through third-party payment providers, currently including Stripe. Entrevly does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes on its application servers. Payment providers may collect and process payment, billing, fraud-prevention and transaction information under their own terms and privacy practices.
7. Interview Credits
Entrevly may provide free or paid Interview Credits that can be used for eligible services. Credits are a limited service entitlement, not money, a bank account, stored value or a transferable financial instrument. Credit requirements and package pricing may change for future purchases. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, purchased credits are non-refundable after purchase or use. Entrevly may restore credits or issue a refund when a paid service cannot be delivered because of an Entrevly service failure, duplicate charge or other circumstance covered by an applicable refund policy. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, maintain, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or product development. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Prohibited use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, automate abusive traffic, use the service unlawfully, infringe third-party rights, or submit malicious code or content designed to compromise Entrevly or its providers.
10. Intellectual property
Entrevly and its software, branding, interfaces and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights you already hold in content you submit. You grant Entrevly a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit and otherwise use that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support and improve the service consistent with our Privacy Notice. Entrevly does not use your resumes, job descriptions, interview answers or other User Content to train third-party AI models.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Entrevly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Entrevly does not warrant that AI output, assessments or recommendations will be correct or suitable for every user. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entrevly’s aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid to Entrevly during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements or material violations of these Terms. You may stop using Entrevly at any time.
13. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights and any forum that applicable law allows you to use and that cannot validly be waived, disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be submitted to the competent courts of Aguascalientes, Mexico. Nothing in these Terms waives rights or remedies that cannot be waived by contract.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. When a material update requires renewed consent, we may ask you to accept the updated version before continuing to use affected features.
15. Assignment and account transfer
Your Entrevly account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, assign or share your account, Interview Credits, or your rights or obligations under these Terms without Entrevly’s prior written consent. Entrevly may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of assets or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
